Local representatives to address the meeting and answer questions from the residents

NOMINATIONS ARE INVITED for all posts on the committee. These can be accepted up to and during the meeting. Other matters may be raised at the AGM at the discretion of the Chairman. In the event of a vote being taken, every household has one vote and proxy voting is not allowed.

After the meeting light refreshments will be served.
